Duties and Responsibility

  • Installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting computer hardware, software,systems, networks, printers and strengthening the IT infrastructure by implementing new technologies

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge and experience in supporting business end-user IT Infrastructure (Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Antivirus Software )
  • Good Knowledge of Documentation about IT
  • Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining about Mikrotik device
  • Ability to configure, maintenance, troubleshoot and backup email transport related to technologies ( SMTP, and POP3, etc…)
  • Good Knowledge of ERP especially Odoo
  • Good experiences in backup system and security

Duties and Responsibilities of IT Network Administration & IT Security Unit Manager

 

-  Designs and implements short- and long-term strategic plan to make certain network capacity meet existing and future requirements
