Job Descriptions:

• Managing and growing client base nationwide.
• Development of new business opportunities and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Providing a consultative approach to business and retail customers through the sale of Bus & Coach products.
• Take responsibility for revenue stream and overall growth.
• Sell the company range of after sales products and liaising effectively with the service team.
• Responsible for defining the growth strategy for the specific customers/industry segment as well as accountable for delivering the annual growth plans in regard to the specific customers/industry
  segment.
• Assess and qualify new business opportunities for the specific customers/industry segment.
• Responsible for developing, implementing and executing plans for advancing the company s products to meet the customer specific demands.
• Communicate trends of the industry segment that could impact future sales.
• Outline trends in the industry that will require new product development to meet customer needs.
• Identify application areas where the company does not have a dominating position.
• Identify and address gaps in our product offering that will allow the company to increase our market share within the industry.
• Collect and analyse customer requirements with Product Management and OEM.
• Staff Development.  To effectively train and develop staff in their scope of work.

• Discipline and Order.  Ensure and consistently remind all staff the obligation to operate within the law, rules and regulations of the company and country.
• P&L responsibility.  Ensure profitability and financial well-being of the business unit.

Requirements:

• Any Bachelor Degree Holder, preferred Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in bus & coaches sales and marketing field as a manager
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy
• Very Good Communication in English Four Skills
• Strong Leadership Capability

Job Description

Requirements

- B.Tech (IT) / B.E (IT) / Bachelor degree in Computer Science or other equivalent in IT related fields
- Have at least 3 years of working experience in Oracle Database and Middleware technologies
- Experience in Banking or related environment is more preferable
- Technical knowledge on handling Oracle Database, PL / SQL and end-to-end Software Development Life Cycles
- Exposure to Unix / Solaris is desirable
- Good communication, presentation skill and leadership skills
- Proficient in English skill (spoken and written) and ability to work on Ms-Office

Job Description 

• Promotes dealership by presenting professional image, positive attitude, and clean work area.

• Road tests vehicles to ensure repairs are completed properly.

• Suggests additional work that is needed to the Service Advisor or Shop Foreman so the customer may be notified.

• Completes service and repair assignments correctly, to pass quality inspections or test drives.

• Collects all necessary information before requesting parts (e.g., model year, etc.).

• Maintains sufficient personally-owned tools; keeps tools in good working order.

• Notifies Shop Foreman and Service Advisor if delays are expected.

• Maintains cleanliness of the customer's vehicle.

• Submits all claims promptly.

• Promotes a productive working relationship with others.

• Actively listens to concerns; takes action to respond to others’ needs.

• Speaks clearly, concisely, and effectively.

• Provides clear and legible record of service completed for both customer and dealership use.

• Has an approachable style; fosters open communication through active listening.

• Assists Service Advisors, if necessary, to explain completed repairs to a customer.

• Assists other Technicians when needed.

• Effectively handles and implements changes in Service Department.

• Listens to and supports new ideas and approaches; adapts to change quickly.

• Maintains composure when faced with multiple demands.

• Meets or exceeds flat rate time allowances.

Job Requirements 

Education, training and/or certifications should clearly demonstrate the possession of the knowledge and skills stated above. 

• High School degree or equivalent preferred

• Other certifications or licenses as required by law

• Driver’s license

• Certification preferred in one or more of the following areas:

• Electrical or Electronic Systems

• Brakes

• Heating and Air Conditioning

• Suspension and Steering

• Manual Drive Train and Axles

• Automatic Transmission and Transaxle

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

ESSENTIAL:

• Minimum 2 years experience in automotive repair or service; 4 or more years preferred
