- Managing and growing client base nationwide.

- Sell the company range of after sales products and liaising effectively with the service team.
- Responsible for defining the growth strategy for the specific customers/industry segment as well as accountable for delivering the annual growth plans in regard to the specific customers/industry
- Assess and qualify new business opportunities for the specific customers/industry segment.
- Responsible for developing, implementing and executing plans for advancing the company s products to meet the customer specific demands.
- Communicate trends of the industry segment that could impact future sales.
- Outline trends in the industry that will require new product development to meet customer needs.
- Identify application areas where the company does not have a dominating position.
- Identify and address gaps in our product offering that will allow the company to increase our market share within the industry.
- Collect and analyse customer requirements with Product Management and OEM.
- Staff Development. To effectively train and develop staff in their scope of work.
- Discipline and Order. Ensure and consistently remind all staff the obligation to operate within the law, rules and regulations of the company and country.
- P&L responsibility. Ensure profitability and financial well-being of the business unit.
- Any Bachelor Degree Holder, preferred Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in bus & coaches sales and marketing field as a manager
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy
- Very Good Communication in English Four Skills
