-Produce Net Requirement to make production plan, manage production with factory to ensure FG stock availability as per demand forecast & take proper actions to meet demand changes.
-Manage stock transition for old SKUs to new SKUs of all Category activities.
-Responsible with MKT/Sales team on stock supply & lead action plan to minimize OOS in the market.
-Ensure the Category achieve the customer service target by managing the Stock Availability.
