  • စာရင်းစစ်ရလဒ်များကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနခေါင်းဆောင်များနှင့် တိုင်ပင်ဆွေးနွေး အကြံပြုခြင်းနှင့် လိုအပ်ပါက သင်တန်းများပို့ချခြင်းတို့ ပြုလုပ်ရမည်။
  • မိမိအထက်လူကြီးများထံ အချိန်နှင့်တပြေးညီ စုံစမ်းစစ်ဆေးချက်များကို အစီရင်ခံစာတင်ရမည်။

  • တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုခုမှ ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • အသက်(၂၀ - ၂၆) နှစ်အတွင်းဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၁)နှစ်အထက်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။ (သို့မဟုတ်) MFI လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြံုရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။

Job Description

  • Develop, direct and implement the business strategy.
  • Plan, direct and administer the organisation's activities to achieve stated/agreed targets and standards for financial performance, quality, and legislative adherence.

  • Improve and maintain delivery of the health service by planning the services and accounting for the cost of care and the distribution of staff.
  • Manage and direct functions and performance of the Administration Staff, and liaise closely with the Medical Director for performance of the medical staff.

 

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Master of Science in Nursing or equivalent education with preferably Management degree.
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in clinical operations and 5 years experience of managing nursing team in acute hospitals.
  • Preferable similar Experience abroad in Foreign countries.
  • BCLS certified, preferred ACLS and Preferred mastering of English communication.
  • Holding current nursing license registered with Myanmar Nurses and Midwifery Council.
