Job Responsibilities:

- Implement action plans (e.g. make regular calls/visits, take orders, etc.) to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth management of the clinics: hygienic set-up, patient registration, ensure opening and closing hours are fully met, ensure proper cooperation with Health Educators, and other preparation
• Identify, screen and refer patients suspected to have tuberculosis, while strictly adhering to specific guidelines for communicable diseases in the process
• Provide feedback on results of all tests and diagnosis to the patient and ensure patient has understood these well; fully answer any subsequent patient questions/concerns
• Provide individual health education to all patients and their families as appropriate and specific to each case
• Collect all relevant data and submit timely reports to the Health Manager and TB Officer
• Manage stock of all medical supplies and all other clinic materials
   

Qualifications:

• Nursing School Graduate with license or Bachelor of Community Health degree
• Experienced staff with at least 1-2 years working experience in relevant field like in a hospital, INGOs or clinic as Nurse/Health Assistant
• Previous working experience in a rural outreach setting and able to understand challenges faced by rural communities in relation to poor health, and lack of knowledge
• Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills and able to deal with the local communities
• Previous experience with UN or NGO will be an asset

3.    JOB DESCRIPTION
3.1    Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;

3.15    Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system;

3.16    Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;

3.17    Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;

3.18    Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;

3.19    Feeding future buying trends back to employers;

3.20    Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues;

• Maximum 5 years of experience in hotel industry with preference of experience in FO.
