One of the International Animal Nutrition Company here Yangon has a new vacancy requiring minimum 7 years’ experience in Chief Accountant field and included 3 years’ experience in Audit field. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or CPA, ACCA holder and direct report to Head of Finance and Accounting. Fluent English (both verbal and written) is essential as well as great communication skills. Well comprehension on tax regulation,VAS, IAS, BU and Group’s policies and procedures, conduct a training to update above information to accounting staffs as a need. In charges of correspondence with local authorities on finance/ accounting/ tax issues. Support the financial accounting/ costing accounting section to complete all periodic and special purposed external audits.

Qualifications:

• Experienced staff with at least 1-2 years working experience in relevant field like in a hospital, INGOs or clinic as Nurse/Health Assistant
• Previous working experience in a rural outreach setting and able to understand challenges faced by rural communities in relation to poor health, and lack of knowledge
• Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills and able to deal with the local communities
• Previous experience with UN or NGO will be an asset

Job Description

-   Organizing appointments and meetings with community- and hospital-based healthcare staff

- Sales experience in doing Haemodialysis, 

- 2-3 years of experience in blood transfusion technology.

- Any degree holder, more preferably nursing school.

Responsibilities:

• Make territory sales plan by products and by customers in accordance with the marketing plan and direction, assigned sales and SFE targets.  Reports the result and corrective action on a monthly basis.
• Interact with and persuade targeted HCPs (including Key Private Hospital Nurse and Sister) to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis.  Reviews regularly the master list and recommends customers for addition and/or deletion of customers in the master list.
• Build positive trust relationships to targeted group of HCPs like Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to persuade them to use the products under his portfolio.  Assess both business and scientific needs of targeted HCPs and present suitable responsive approach with appropriate resources to address the customer needs.
• Organize CMEs and RTMs (round team meeting) with targeted HCP or in assigned territories and provide authentic product resentations as required.
• Achieve sales target both in products and number of customers as per monthly and quarterly plan and increase sales of existing customers.
• Able to travel to assigned province areas and create active accounts, generate new prescriptions and keep timely regular follow up.
• Submit all required reports on time.
• Perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

Experience: Pharmaceutical sales experience of at least 1 year, preferably wound care products or fresh graduates are also welcomed
