The candidate will manage sales in assigned territory to achieve annual budgets, to strengthen dealers/wholesalers network, and to develop sales team.
- Facilitate dealers on doing business with Osotspa Myanmar and monitor P&L
- Ensure dealer sales-in and stocks holding to be in line with monthly target allocated
- Monitor the JSE sales performance and visit call to be in line with company guideline
- Recommend revision of the route plan and request for additional manpower when the area has more business potential than original projection and over current JSE coverage capacity
- In-store merchandising execution is well implemented as guideline
- Resolve market and operation issues within the area
- Provide market intelligent to the company
- Set yearly, quarterly, and monthly sales target and promotion budget for distributor
- Ensure product visibility and availability with right pricing
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 5 years in sales management experience preferably proven experience in FMCGs or other related customer driven organizations
- Have experience in filed Traditional Trade and Distributor management would be advantage.
- Understands what it takes to win in the market place.
- Able to work at lowercountry
- Able analyze market information including presentations to executives level.
