The role is responsible for Overall Level 1 Technical support of Department IT requirements.

• Highlight critical issues to reporting manager and other related team whenever necessary.
• Check list for operation equipment and infra all went well.
• Provide level 1 support to Team Members with application, service issues.
• Solution administration, installation, troubleshooting PC / Network problem, upgrading and repairing equipment as required.
• Manage technical floors and daily work schedule to ensure sufficient call center coverage.
• Train customers and colleagues on equipment operation and maintenance as required.
• Work with Tech and PMO team and able to follow instruction.
• Monitor office equipment’s and make sure it is properly used.
• Check the inventory and request PC or office equipment when necessary.
• Follow up any system and reporting issues to related team and get closure. 
• Collection of data and report preparation of Reports and Performance Dashboard.
• Keep updated of any Technical announcements related to team and share the same for action whenever required.
• Follow up for system user error, password reset or unlock and request of new user system accounts.
• Standby for planned change activities in Software and Hardware of Contact Centre Operations.
• Fix the technical problems with root cause.
• Follow up and close TOM technical deliverables.
• Lead all technical related requirements.

1 year working experience in NOC/ Service Desk /Call Center Environment

Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in IT field.

Can be spoken and written in Myanmar and English.

Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office and contact center related applications.

Possess strong soft skills as problem solving , leadership, professional maturity, communication, ability to work independently.

Have the ability to handle complex enquiries and also the everyday challenges involved.

Able to work in Shift 24/7 Environment

The role holder is responsible for answering incoming calls to provide information about Bank products, performing transactions and addressing complaints.

Job Description

• Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations for all sites under their respective BU including warehouse financial controls procedures (e.g. inventory issuance form for issue to production line, sites bookkeeping format-cash, accounting, warehouse, inventory)
• Manage the accounting team and their works
• Ensure timely report of Budget, P/L, B/S, Cash Flow Statement 
• Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts
• Manage the Annual Tax clearance
• Give Financial Report to Management
• Liaison with auditors and closure of financial audit

Job Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting field or Business Administration
• Prefer CPA / ACCA affiliate candidates

This role holder will perform credit and collections for customer accounts and to assist supervisor in proactively managing portfolio which has defaulted either in interest or principal or both interest and principal payments with the objective of stemming the deterioration of the quality of such assets to the status of 90 days past due. And to maximise the collections of all excesses and past due instalments. The role holder is also responsible for supporting the bank’s strategies and initiatives to provide an effective and engaging digital customer on boarding experience, expand the agent and merchant networks, and drive the usage of mobile and digital applications, in order to achieve economic and social development in Myanmar through nation-wide financial
inclusion.

• Effectively executes the Value Centre’s business plans for structuring highly relevant and innovative financial solutions to deepen account adoption and to reach more customers at lower cost, in line with the overall bank’s strategy of driving nation-wide financial inclusion
• Use the daily computer-generated report showing all accounts with excesses whether there is an approved limit or otherwise, or where instalment payment either of interest or principal or both interest and principal is not paid as and when due.
• Daily monitor and exercise unsecured credit control over all such accounts.
• Contact the Branch Manager/Relationship Manager (hereinafter referred to as the Branch) of the Branch where the affected account resides to determine the action taken by the Branch to collect the amount due.
• Recommend repayment programmes to clients.
• Conduct site visitor to determine and verify the business for clients viability.
• Ensure timely and accurate updating of progress reports to facilitate decision- making by the approving authority.
• Follow up on Legal Action with clients.

He will report New Assign, Total delinquent accounts & Total NPL account to VCGM, DVCGM & MDY Head daily.

• Spearhead Product Distribution Strategy focusing on Life Insurance Products across segments and value streams
• Develop a productive and quality insurance sales advisory team across all segments (where applicable).

Under general direction of Section Head of Regulatory Compliance, Head of Legal and Compliance, the Compliance Officer (Regulatory Reporting) will focus on the reporting responsibilities between the bank and regulators and other institutions to ensure that all the key personnel are properly briefed and that communication with regulators and official bodies is conducted in an effective and timely manner.

• Disseminate regulatory and official correspondences throughout the Bank in dual language (Myanmar and English).
•  Assist in ensuring that all official correspondences are tracked and responded to in a timely manner.
• Assist in drafting correspondences with regulators on behalf of the bank.
•  Help in the identifications the gaps related with communication between regulator and the Bank Track/Follow-up on outstanding compliance regulations disseminated by regulatory authorities.
• Prepare Monthly Report to summit to senior management and/or the BOD.
• Support Bank colleagues in the preparation of submission packs for the regulators

• Manage department policy and procedure documents, controls and assessments.
• Coordinate and enhance communication with the regulators to reduce the possibility
• of regulatory misunderstanding or inconsistent messaging
• Manage the regulatory directives, laws and regulations, policies recording in the database.

• Bachelor’s Degree. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Myanmar.
